Hey guys, I'm so sorry it's been so long since I last blogged. I was super busy with graduation, my job, and getting ready for college. Which, by the way, I move into my dorm in 5 days!
Today I want to talk to you about a worldwide movement that I had the amazing opportunity of participating in: global meditation for peace hosted by the Chopra Center. At 12 pm eastern time, people from around the world sat down and meditated to try and be the global shift to make the world a more peaceful place. The power of the mind can be incredible!
I sat out on my front porch so I could feel and hear the earth and the movements in it. And let me tell you. I could FEEL it. I could feel the energy running through the earth, unifying us and the world as we all came together with one mind set.
