Here's my own recipe for a super yummy, super simple green smoothie. It will give you a lot of nutrients that you may be lacking, and it only takes about 10 minutes to make (faster if you have a better blender/ food processor than I do).
Ingredients:
1 large handful organic spinach (if you ate spinach, don't worry! You can't taste it)
1/2 organic banana
1 cup organic frozen mixed fruits (I use Simple Truth Organic strawberries, peaches, and mangoes)
1/2 cup ice chips or shredded ice
*optional* I/4 cup almond milk or organic vanilla yogurt
*NOTE* The ingredients don't have to be organic, but I try to use organic as much as possible. Always stay away from GMO.
Directions:
Blend the spinach until smooth. Add 1/2 banana and blend until smooth. Add frozen fruits and milk or yogurt (if you don't want to use either of these, add about 1/4 cup water- this will help the fruit blend more easily). Add the ice chips and blend until smooth. Enjoy! I sometimes make this for breakfast and take it to school with me if I don't have time to eat.
(Sorry for the lack of a picture, I'll add one next time i make this smoothie and think to take one!)

So this is my recipe for healthy tofu breakfast burritos! I hope you guys enjoy these- they're probably my favourite breakfast food.
Ingredients:
1 Chi Chi's whole wheat fajita wraps
1/3 block of firm tofu (I used Simple Truth Organic)
2 tablespoons Pace mild salsa
*optional* 1/4 teaspoon zesty seasoning
1 teaspoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon seasoning salt
1/4 teaspoon cumin
1/8 cup light cheddar cheese
1 tablespoon coconut oil *NOTE* You will need to melt this.
*NOTE* You can use as much or as little seasoning as you prefer. This is a very mild recipe, but you can make it spicier if you prefer.
Directions:
Take four paper towels and fold them together, and then in half. Take another four and fold them in half as well. Lay the tofu you cut off on the bottom four and place the top four on top. Press down as hard as you can- you want to get as much water out as possible. Once you have all the water pressed out, spray a small pan with Pam (or whatever cooking spray you use). Turn to medium heat and crumble the tofu into the pan. Once you hear it start to cook, add all the spices. Pour the melted coconut oil over top, and mix together with a spatula. Cook for about 2 minutes, while constantly mixing. Add the cheese and melt into the tofu. Cook for about 3 minutes (or less, but I like mine to get kind of browned). Pull off heat and let cool. While cooling, fill up a sauce pan with about an inch of water (I don't know the amount) and bring to a boil. Place a grate over top of the pan, and place the fajita on top. Steam until soft. Remove the fajita and lay on your plate. Pour the tofu onto the fajita, and roll however you would like. I also cut up a ring of pineapple to go along with this.
